Throughout her career, Jen’s projects have received numerous accolades.

Most recently, Tampa Bay Business Journal named the Glazer Children’s Museum its 2017 Non-Profit of the Year. In just the second year of her tenure, the Museum was applauded for its new exhibits, financial acumen, and investment in sustainable projects to keep the museum thriving. Prior to that, Jen won an Emmy ® for creation and production of iQ: smartparent, national TV program in 2015, a year she was also named a Woman of Distinction, Tech & Communication, by the Girl Scouts of Western PA. Her work at WQED also won a DATA awards PGH Tech Council for iQ Kids Radio in 2013.
While Executive Director at the Girls, Math & Science Partnership at the Carnegie Science Center, Jen’s program, “Click!” won the global MacArthur Digital Media and Learning Competition, 2010. In addition, the website,
BrainCake.org, was the first online program ever awarded a Roy L. Shafer Leading Edge Award. This award is giving by the Association of Science and Technology Center. Finally, Jen won a few more personal accolades, including Pittsburgh Magazine, Top 40 under 40 Honoree in 2008 and Emerging Leader from the Junior League of Pittsburgh in 2007.
